At Fittes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement hardware and vent covers. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, frames, and installation components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
